A cleaner home, on a rhythm that fits your week. Most families want the basics done properly, every time: a tidy kitchen, fresh bathrooms, floors that stay clean. That's exactly what our regular visiting service is for.
What a regular visit covers
- Kitchen — worktops, sink, hob, inside of the kettle exterior and the floor. We don't move heavy appliances or clean a dirty oven as part of this visit (that's a deep clean).
- Bathrooms — basins, toilets, showers and baths, plus mirrors and flooring, done with products that are safe around the whole family.
- Living rooms and bedrooms — vacuuming, dusting and wiping surfaces and window sills. We can make beds on request.
- Floors — mopped or vacuumed wherever needed, leaving every room fresh.

If you're not happy with a visit, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and put it right — free of charge. On regular plans we'll also do a free "put right" if a job is ever missed.

Do I need to be home during the visit?
Not necessarily. Most regular customers are happy for our team to work independently using agreed routines, and many leave a key or let us in. It's entirely up to you.
What if I want the visit sooner or later in the day?
We'll agree a visit window that suits you on the first booking and keep it consistent wherever possible.
