How much does cleaning cost?

Prices depend on the size of your home, how often we visit, and the level of cleaning. Regular visits start from £34 per visit for a typical family home, deep cleans from £180, and end-of-tenancy cleans from £140. Every quote is free and no-obligation.

Do you bring your own products and equipment?

Yes. Every visit includes cleaning products and equipment. If you'd prefer we use your own products, or need pet-safe or fragrance-free products, just let us know and we'll use yours.

Do I need to be home during the visit?

No. Most regular customers are happy for our team to work independently using an agreed routine. Many leave a key or let us in — it's entirely your choice, and we'll never enter without your agreement.

Are your team members insured and vetted?

We carry public liability insurance and every team member is known to the business — we hire locally and keep a small, consistent team you'll see again and again. We don't make claims of accreditation we don't hold; what we do promise is a careful, trustworthy team and a guaranteed clean.

What if something isn't cleaned to my standard?

Tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and put it right — free of charge. That's the Ashcombe Cleaning standard on every visit.

Can I pause or cancel a regular service?

Yes. Regular visits can be paused, changed or cancelled whenever you like, with no long-term contract. Just give us a bit of notice so we can reschedule fairly.

Can you clean while I'm at work (small offices)?

Yes — most of our office cleanings happen in the evening or early morning, so the space is ready before your working day starts.
