How our cleaning works

Booking a clean with us is straightforward. Here's the simple process, start to finish.

1. Get a free quote

Tell us your postcode, the size of your home or office, and what you'd like help with using the contact form. We reply within two working days to ask anything we need and arrange a convenient time to look around if it's a deep or end-of-tenancy clean.

2. We visit and confirm the details

For regular visits we'll agree the rooms, the frequency and the visit window on the phone or at a first visit. For one-off deep or tenancy cleans we'll come and see the space so the price is honest — then confirm everything in writing before you commit.

3. We clean to the Ashcombe standard

Our team arrives on time with their own products and equipment. We follow the agreed routine, check finished rooms, and leave your home tidy. You'll get a quick summary of what was done on the first few visits so we can fine-tune the routine to exactly what you want.

4. You enjoy the result

If anything isn't right, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and put it right — free of charge. Regular visits can be paused, changed or cancelled whenever you like, with no fuss and no long-term commitment.
